SERVICES OFFERED + FEE STRUCTURES

PINCHPENNY & EATWELL CUSTOM-DESIGNED EVENTS

Forget the event planner. Forget the caterer. You can do this, and you can do this on a budget! Based on the wishes and specifics you send us in a simple form, we will create a custom event plan for your next supper party, holiday event, or other special celebration. 


Within one month of the day we receive your intake form, you will receive a complete step-by-step digital party toolkit that will make it easy and affordable for you to throw an unforgettable, budget-friendly gathering.  


Choose one or all three of the following modules:

  • MODULE A (required):  Master Plan includes detailed theme, suggestions for upcycled and "use-what-you-already- have" decor, and a drop-dead amazing table-scape with floral designs + guest favor ideas that look like you hired a pro ($100)
  • MODULE B:  Complete food and beverage plan with recipes based on your theme, dietary needs and budget parameters + a complete shopping list and day-by-day "to-do" list ($100)
  • MODULE C:  Custom-designed digital invitation and menu to print or use with your favorite invitation app or + a curated musical playlist to accompany your theme ($100)


All kits are uniquely designed to be executed by you on a shoestring budget, including lots of tips for throwing your memorable event while wowing your guests with an extraordinary experience for all - including YOU!



DEVELOPMENT + FUNDRAISING CONSULTANT

Providing the experience-based vision and strategic planning tools to help nonprofit organizations set and achieve fundraising, sustainability and growth objectives in the areas of:

  • Interim/transitional development work
  • Fundraising, campaign, auction and event strategy
  • Annual budgeting for sustainability and growth
  • Donor, board, staff and volunteer engagement, motivation and enrichment
  • Communications and marketing/writing


DEVELOPMENT + FUNDRAISING CONSULTANCY FEE STRUCTURE

After a complimentary initial consultation to identify objectives and define scope of project, Heather may be contracted for single or several projects, or a retained consultancy, based on an hourly rate of $100/HOUR.



PROFESSIONAL BENEFIT AUCTIONEER AND EMCEE

From weighing in on best practices and strategy in the months leading up to your event, to working as an extension of your team and mission to achieve your fundraising goals on event night, included in Heather's auctioneer fee structure are:

  • Upbeat, positive, professional and entertaining stage presence to inspire maximum giving
  • Expert guidance about making the smartest choices in programming, A/V needs, auction item line-up, games and special appeal strategy
  • A passionately holistic approach to fundraising from a seasoned communications and development director, and event planner's point of view
  • Two pre-event planning sessions via video or conference call
  • Complimentary bid cards


BENEFIT AUCTION FEE STRUCTURE

Flat $5,000 fee for auction and/or emcee services, which may include calling the live auction, special appeal (paddle raiser), and games, plus pre-event consultation, which may include 2 phone or Zoom meetings and/or a pre-event walkthrough of the event space. Emceeing includes pre-event timeline/show-flow consultation and thoughtfully delivered emcee role.
